While there is a strong possibility our planned trip for November will not happen, for those of you who have a fall/winter trip booked, it may be wise to check the current fare. I just checked our dates and the price had dropped $130/ticket. I was able to do an online change at no charge (same flights) and we each now have $130 in credits with Delta.

I also just read elsewhere of a cancelled Delta flight in later Sept. I do not know the particulars but that is not a good sign.

Interesting. Sounds like to me they are trying to encourage more bookings, on your date anyway. Otherwise, they may be consolidating flights. I imagine the demand is not going to be terribly high for a while.

No idea, but it would be the next to the lowest fare we have ever paid in all our time going to SXM. It is down in the NYC fare range, just with a stop/connection and the Basic Fare. I was shocked when I saw it and will be more shocked if the trip happens.

Probably a good idea to book before July 31st since flights before that date have no fees for changes or cancellations (travel bank credit if flight is not cancelled by the airline)

Did the same for our March trip on United. Got over $1k in credits on 3 FC tickets. Prices are back down to reasonable amount. Now have to check on our JB tickets for November (hopefully).
