Hi gang,
I've done Vegas for a few days about 10 years ago and just boozed and hit up pools/casinos the whole time.
Now that I'm (maybe?) more mature, is there anything I shouldn't miss this time around? I'm hitched with a wife and a 2 year old these days so anything too wild doesn't entice me anymore hah.
I MIGHT try and snag tix to the Golden Knights home opener but other than that I'm down to try whatever savvy Vegas travelers recommend. Looking to try Pizza Rock for my Vegas pizza. Any good souvenirs for a 2 year old? I was thinking getting him some fuzzy dice.
Thanks for any info!

Hoover Dam is a good day trip. There is a cool town on the way that you can stop and have lunch or shop small stores.

My wife and I rented a car for a day. We drove north of Vegas then turned south through the desert until we got to Hoover Dam. The ride was amazing. It seemed like we were on a different planet. I think the drive took about 4 hours and pretty sure we only saw 3 or 4 cars until we got near the dam.
Go Irish!!
