Thanks for pointing this out. Munich was definitely on our German itinerary and this looks like a good place to spend a day.

From what I read there is a whole section of the water park that is a nude spa area with saunas treatment and pools. Must be 16 and up from what I read. Pretty good reviews on tripadvisor and I'm sure there are many other places in Germany. This one seems like a us water park with "added features"

Therme Erding is a great place to spend a few hours or days. The small town of Erding provides a wonderful location of shops and restaurants. Stay in Erding or Munich. People are very friendly and most can communicate in English. The Therme itself provides just about any type of water experience you could desire. From the clothed water park to the nude saunas, spas, and pool - you won't be disappointed.

sounds encouraging. How big a town is Erding? Rather than commute from Munich, maybe Erding would be a good 2-3 day "small town" German experience????
