Relaxing is maybe the wrong word use. CHANGING would be more appropriate to acceptance of the rapid test either at the departure airport OR on arrival.....on arrival is probably less secure but better than nothing

Also off topic (kinda) but as of 10/26 Costa Rica is eliminating the COVID test requirement for US residents

They need to do something to get more people there. The rapid test at the point of departure or arrival would be much better in my opinion.

Good enough for Hawaii...should be good enough for SXM...BUT....the airlines/airports will have to take the ball if that is approved and I think they will
