CHANGING would be more appropriate to acceptance of the rapid test either at the departure airport OR on arrival.....on arrival is probably less secure but better than nothing Also off topic (kinda) but as of 10/26 Costa Rica is eliminating the COVID test requirement for US residents Last edited by boucharda; 10/23/2020 03:17 PM.
