Have Delta flights been arriving in SXM? Delta cancelled ALL flights to SXM for Sept. and October and will have limited service beginning in Nov. with more service coming on in Dec. They currently show Sat. service beginning Nov. 14. DELTA FLIGHTSUse the link above, go to the "FLIGHTS" tab, enter "ATL" and "SXM" and then click on the "DEPARTING ON" calendar and you can see what service if offered on what days of the month. ALL of this is subject to change but they announced towards the end of August about the elimination and reduction of service to SXM. I know as we had our November flights cancelled.

Yes, that date is shown as having service. If you have a connection, you might want to check that and make sure it has not changed to an overnight. This would have been the case for us had we rebooked.

Similar here, get home around midnight but we are just 15 minutes from the DAY airport. Two dogs that would either be boarded or cared for in the home and my wife still works so that is an extra day of vacation, and we would have already lost one day had we booked the new itinerary. Along with more $$ for each ticket, it was a deal breaker.
Hope it works out for you.

Great price! Sure hope they don't cancel it on you! Too many airlines are cancelling flights out the you-know-what!

Bouchard,
If you’re suggesting that flights are being cancelled due to under booking, I learned a long time ago they are just as apt to cancel a full flight as they are an under booked one. We had a Good Friday flight that was fully booked (but for one or two seats in First Class and sadly, there were four of us at the time.....) and they cancelled the Palm Sunday before our trip. No rhyme or reason - they just flat out cancelled the flight. This was AA out of JFK quite a few years ago and long before flight cancellations became the norm they are today. They compensated us nicely and did find us other flights that day but it was still a major nightmare at the time.
Respectfully,

Yup...maybe. But the chance is decreased with a reasonable booked flight. Not talking AA....but JB, United and Delta
I have zero faith in AA and that is definitely my personal opinion and my bro in law id a long haul 777 captain on AA.. It kinda makes zero sense to cancel a nearly full flight but there are many other reasons involved....the best i can do is book on a flight with a decent amount of seats booked....after that it's out of my control

I hear you and you’d laugh if you heard how many times I’ve booked and rebooked our late November AA trip but I really like flying from our regional airport even if it does mean connecting somewhere. And yes, it’s AA - bet you’re not surprised about that. But it was originally an April trip so cancelled due to SXM airport closing in the Spring and who knows why in early November and then they put me on unacceptable flights so it was cancelled again until we came up with late November dates and flights Zand then, yet another cancellation. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one......😊😊
