Scored some cheap airfare to SJU in Feb and would like to find a small, hopefully inexpensive lodging with easy access to a beach/snorkeling...any ideas? Thanks.

Take a look on the west side of the island over by Ricon. There are small inns and hotels places right on the beach or very near. Very good surfing. Try this site to get started: Rincon Info It is about 2.5 hour drive from SJU
