Daily Herald storyI don't perfectly understand the story, but the "Northern Islands" I guess are St. Martin and St. Barths? So the French side will be getting the vaccine in January? And it looks like nothing new regarding the Oyster Pond border dispute.

Incorrect. That is for Sint Maarten, NOT St. Martin.
