Many postponements and cancellations later we are due to fly out tomorrow February 1st. Yayyyy! But before we go, mother nature decided to deposit 4-6" of white fun. Funny tomorrow enjoying the Caribbean sun, today moving snow in north central Ohio.

Our most recent trip was originally planned for early December. Got tested negative, approved through EHAS, packed and ready to go. Two days before time to go, Dana gets the Covid and I do shortly after. For us anyway, similar to the flu not a big deal. Fully recovered and ready to try again.

Took our tests at CVS. Say results back in 3-5 days. Every time we got tested we've had results back in around 24 hours. Preapproved through St Martin took wife less than an hour, me around 4 hours. Bought our $30 insurance a piece and hoping Delta or Cleveland weather doesn't have any surprises tomorrow. Sad that we are expecting something to happen that forces us to cancel again. sighhh, happy thoughts!

Hope to send updates during our 10 days, since you all have helped plan our trips with your reviews, I should recipricate.

We are staying in a private villa in the Happy Bay area for 6 nights and then finishing up our vacation at Simpson Bay Villas to round out our trip. Glad they are offering the testing to get back home.

Good luck. I think you should be ok to fly tomorrow. Near Dayton myself and dealing with the same messy snow/rain as well. What we got is way too wet to blow without a 2-stage and too heavy to shovel. Looking forward to any updates and reports you can make.
