From the EHAS website:As of February 12 2021 the rt-PCR test time frame will be reduced from 120 to 72 hours, before departure to Sint Maarten for all travelers originating from a high risk country (last leg in case of connecting flights). So a person flying from, say, Pittsburgh to Atlanta to SXM will need to have the test sample taken 72 hours or less before the day and time that the flight leaves ATL.

I mentioned a few times here that the RI convention center drive thru had a 20 (wife) to 26 (me) hour turnover on the last two tests we had...and VERY easy to get an appointment ...and it is at no cost.
Edit: I just checked the appointment site and EVERY DAY is open. Tomorrow through SUnday from 0800-430p ...all time slots available. They have got this down pat...now vaccines are another issue

boucharda--yes, that is correct, the insurance is only for the extent of your stay. If you leave SXM, then you have to get a new insurance policy.
Gotta say, WLE, you have gone down under the insurance requirement, and you are back again already? Wow..

OK, that makes sense, I would have done the same. Wish I could get a shot.
