Not sure I understand exactly where they are talking about having the road blocked, but something to keep in mind for those in the Orient area.

I was there last week. To get to Orient Beach from Oyster Pond, I turned right at the Le Galion - Orient sign. Because it was raining, I had time to kill, so I went straight rather than turning left toward Orient. I wanted to visit Le Galion Beach. Just past the Orient turn-off, workers were installing pipe adjacent to that segment of the road.

OK, thanks. That makes sense. Where are they talking about, that would be blocking access to the carbets?
