Rosemary--We have heard that bass noise also, and not sure where it is coming from. It is coming from a LONG way away from BSV. Can't imagine how loud it must be, close to wherever it is coming from.

It would be WONDERFUL if this situation would finally be resolved, as, as the story states, this has been going on for years and years, with little or no enforcement of current noise regulations.
