Looking to see if anyone has recent experience with staying here. Had several questions, including specifically how private the pool and deck is. Thanks for any info.

Bob lives upstairs so he as well as neighbors have a view of the pool. You will have exclusive use of the pool but not private in terms of others being able to see you.

But his place is nice and in a good location with beautiful view of sunsets.

Never stayed there, but got the tour one year when we stopped to see him. I agree, it's very nice.

CaribLee--have you stayed there? I'm actually not worried about Bob at all, but the neighbors. The neighbor on one side, there is a wall, I saw.

Pony--We visited it a long time ago, and inside it seemed very dark. Thoughts on that?

Carol....I stayed there several years ago after Bob put in the pool. But I visit with Bob at his home most every year (did not go to St. Maarten this past year). While I have been to his home many times, I cannot say for sure if any neighbors definitely have a view of the pool. Might just be from an upstairs window but can't say for sure. Guess I need to be more observant.

Pool is private enough that we always go alnatural. If some one wants to watch from the next door balconey...just consider it their lucky day.

From the photos, I would also wonder if the ocean is easily entered or is it very rocky?

Carol, it's been beautifully renovated a few years back, you wouldn't recognize it. Friends stay there and use the pool CO.

Thanks Elaine. It is still on our list as a possibility, although it's not available on our first choice of dates.

We have stayed at Bob many times. Steve loves being able to walk out to the pool naked and he couldn’t care less who sees, as long as he can be nude. Everything inside has been repainted and the kitchen enlarged to include a dishwasher. The noisy neighbors on one side are only there a few days and we ignore them...they were visiting the owner there. Fence has been improved since Irma, all new sheets and shades, new AC in the living room...if you need it.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Still trying to figure out what we want to do.

How many are you, Bob’s Baywatch has three bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms with shower. The third room is twin beds and bath is full in the hallway between 2 of the bedrooms.
