I’ve had a lovely birthday so far and tomorrow is the real deal. Corned beef and cabbage dinner with homemade Irish soda bread on Sunday night, all made by daughter number two. It was delicious....... Beautiful flowers on my doorstep this morning from daughter number one and son in law number one.....they are Beach and l And tonight, dinner with my best date at the local steak house but we ordered monster lobsters from their sister lobster restaurant. Yummy!!
Respectfully,
pat

Thank you all for the birthday wishes in this thread. I couldn't have asked for a nicer treat than to receive them, PMs and emails as well. We're really not too much into birthday celebrations as such but we did go out for a birthday lobster dinner last night. I hate going out to dinner on St. Patrick's Day since too many places feature corned beef and cabbage which is NOT a favorite worth going out for as a birthday treat, and for sure, not when my daughter cooks it, complete with homemade Irish soda bread. Again, sincere thanks.
