A revision to the BVI Exclusion Zone requirements which was noted in a Statutory Instrument about ten days ago has now been put in an easier to understand poster and chart format (attached).

Judging by how hard it was for a friend to just leave for the USVI with no intention of returning I wonder how easy getting permission might be?
