Yes - we had internet on the boat through ALGLink. It didn't work on Anegada and Norman. Neither did Verizon - really. I mean calls would work but internet was basically no go. Everywhere else was fine.

We are currently in the BVI. Our boat is in the TMM fleet - we have a router. I have had good internet in: Benure's Bay, Long Point, Virgin Gorda, Great Harbour JVD and White Bay JVD - good enough to support ZOOM calls (have to work while here). Internet was slow and spotty in Great Harbour Peter Island, Leverick Bay and just about non-existant on Anegada. Verizon with international day pass has been passable except on Anegada (slow however). We also brought a Skyroam but it is hit or miss (comparable to Verizon).
On Anegada if you can force your phone to roam over to the Digicel network you'll have the best signal. If your home carrier prefers and connect to another carrier like Flow your results may not be so good.
We rented a CelloMobile (no affiliation) WiFi hotspot last time we were in the area (Jan 2020). It worked well in the BVI, less well in the USVI (for example Maho Bay). I don't recall complaints on Anegada.
