All I do is email the picture to myself in Outlook and select the "medium" size, in order to resize it. Then you go to the St Maarten/St. Martin (or BVI) picture forum, and create a new thread, put SOMETHING in the post and click on the "I want to preview my post and/or attach a photo" and upload the picture. Once it's uploaded there, right click on the picture and the "properties" will show you the url of the picture, when you then use the IMAGE tag to post, in the regular forums.
