I got way to much sun yesterday so decided to make it a non beach/pool day. We went to locate the Pharmacy on French side so we knew beforehand where we needed to go for the testing before departing the island. Good thing we went because the pharmacy is not on Rue de la Republique as printed on the laminated card you receive at airport. They are on Rue de la Kennedy. The pharmacist said that they won’t correct the address because they printed too many cards. Not sure who they is so don’t shoot the messenger. Pharmacy Souliaga is the only pharmacy offering the test on Saturday. We department Sunday and all the other French pharmacies are closed on Friday for Good Friday. Hours are 9am – 11:30 am. No appointments, walk- in only and bring your passport. The test is free. After a drink at Simpson Bay Yacht Club we went to sandbar to have lunch. They don’t start serving sushi until 5 pm. [ Carol, Tuesday night music is 80s and on Friday it’s Karaoke]. I opted for the lobster tempura on a roll with mango sauce and slaw. The lunches come with curly fries. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. David had the hamburger which he also liked. We met a couple who has been “lurking” on TTOL for years. Very nice. They joined us during lunch and we had a nice conversation. When they arrived 2 weeks ago temperature taking was still required to be reported by sometime later in the trip they stopped receiving emails. We were not given any direction that we needed to provide temperature checks when we arrived on March 25. Dinner this evening was a laid back trip to Dinghy Dock. Asian wings for me and bbq ribs for David. My wings were cooked perfectly. Tasty and moist on the inside. David’s ribs were also good although they had a tang we don’t recall in the past. His sides were cilantro lime rice and coleslaw. Half way through dinner a huge downpour came so another family joined us at the table as their table was too close to the outside. We had a nice conversation with them. They had went to the drive through Red Cross near Hope Estates for their return Covid tests. They don’t start the test until 11:00 am. They arrived about 10:50 am with only a few cars in front but it still took until about 12:15 pm before the 4 of them got tested. Their results were emailed to them in about 2 hours. Service was free. Lobster Tempura sandwich Sandbar Dingy Dock ribs

Louise--I'm having a hard time figuring out where this is--if you are coming from Beachside, is it BEFORE Alegria or after?

Louise==OK, we'll figure it out, but I'm guessing from your description it is off to the right, as you come through the entrance to Alegria, or whatever the heck it is now.
