I apologize if this has been ask/answered before but wondering if traveling back to US thru St Thomas from BVI is the USVI Portal required?

Yes, you need to retest before flying back via St. Thomas.

Yes, you have to test, apply to portal and receive green QR code. We were concerned when we returned March 31, but the USVI portal approval came within hours of submission.

MIDiver...the QR Code was something you then printed out and carried with you? Was it checked as you came into USVI?

Yes, we had our base print it out for us and it was checked by the airline and on arrival.
