We are sailing into St. Croix next month to do what we hope will be some awesome diving. Does anyone know if the dive sites have mooring balls that can be used by a private boat? Or are they only for dive boats?

I know the moorings at the Butler Bay wrecks (2-3 balls), Cane Bay (2 balls) and the backside of Buck Island (2 or 3) can be used by private boats for diving. Not sure about the moorings just outside the reef in Christiansted. I would not overnight on any of them.
