Sand gravity rules. Actually today it was the pool but just as fun and relaxing.

Quite a bit windier today a few more clouds but no real rain. Other than our walk to Divi we did not go anywhere.

All our meals were in the room. Dinner was especially good. Broiled salmon, sautéed carrots and sliced cucumbers. The salmon was exquisite. Even the fanciest restaurant could not exceed how fresh and tasty it was and both carrots and cukes were better than what get at home which seems amazing to us considering the supply chain differences.

Received very sad news from the US this afternoon. My daughter-in-laws beloved Uncle succumbed to covid after two weeks in the ICU. He was 64 and in good health prior to falling ill. We personally only met the man once at our sons wedding but it was the closest covid death to our familly that we have experienced and very much deflated our cheery mood. When will this scourge be over. We'll try to enjoy our last few days but it will now be a little harder.

Mitch,

So sorry about your familial loss. Covid has certainly taken its toll on us, some such as with your family and others in just dealing with the emotional side effects it has brought about for so many of us.

Respectfully,

pat
