One sideand the otherThe Judge is said to be making a decision today. All I know is that all of this stuff is hurting the airport reconstruction, which should be THE most important priority for country Sint Maarten.

I think that the decision the Judge will make is that for the two parties come to agreement and for Mr. Mingo to come back to work , however the Board will not what to do that hence they would have to pay him out for his contract.

Judge ruled in favor of Mr. Brian Mingo and as we speak he just sent me picture of him sitting at his desk .

JD you don't live here . This was politically done by the Chairman of the Board of the Airport . Mr. Brian Mingo went to Europe and signed off on both of the big loans one with Europe , plus a grant and cleaned the whole building . And the PM will get the Chairman removed . I live here .

We have our own politics back home that the out side world looks at and has educated opinions of too. All different opinions and should be respected whether right or wrong in others eyes.

Lesley--I really don't care about the politics. I want the airport to be fixed, as do the rest of us visitors. From OUR perspective, there has been little to nothing done to repair the airport, in almost four years. Please tell us that the airport reconstruction is going to proceed now and will get done...
