We start our 14 day Moorings charter next Thursday and I am looking for suggestions about the best way to handle provisioning on that long a trip. Most of our previous charters were 10 days so this wasn't a big issue.
We're on a 46.3 monohull with 5 people so cold storage is definitely a limiting factor. At some point during the trip we'll need to do some significant shopping.
We're doing our initial provisioning with RiteWay. We plan stops at Cane Garden Bay, Leverick, Jost van Dyke, and Anegada and would like to do any required mid-trip provisioning without a return to base.
I know Leverick is doing some remodeling but gather the store is still open. How is the stocking there? What are the options at Cane Garden Bay? I assume that both Anegada and Jost van Dyke are places with limited store options but have never investigated those spots.
I assume West End would be another option but we don't plan to stop there and most likely won't even be passing by until the every end of the trip.

We weren't planning on a stop at VGYH but had considered a taxi from Leverick. It sounds like the store at Leverick is well stocked and if not, then off to Spanishtown we go!

We weren't planning on a stop at VGYH but had considered a taxi from Leverick. It sounds like the store at Leverick is well stocked and if not, then off to Spanishtown we go! We had Spanish Town as a back up for Leverick (there 2 days) as well the day we took the taxi down to Baths and then Coca Maya. Leverick was so well stocked didnt need to use the backup and as always Coco Maya was excellent and getting to the Baths at 300 with 2 other groups of 4 was a plus. Note leverick does not have laundry up and running, Dinner at leverick was good as well. There is a nice little bar now at the Baths called Mad Dogs run by Jude whose phrase is "Little Place with Big Content". Top of the Baths was good as usual for view and drink. Not hard to find liquor or beer anywhere Hit Bobbys last night at Cane Garden Bay and is exactly as Jason describes. On way to it found a small place called Bananas that cooked some pizza for us that we picked up on way back. CGB has about 25 boats in it and really is a beautiful anchorage that we need to come to more often....

It is primarily indoor, air conditioned seating so it's a nice break on a rainy evening or if you're finally over the heat and want to relax in cool air. All the food is very good and Al, the owner, is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. He is a Henley, so brother of Tony from Tony's on the beach (old Stanleys) and Glen who has the place near Myett's on the beach.

Breeze:
I thought about checking with RiteWay to see if they'd deliver an order over the hill to CGB. It sounds like Bobby's can cover the basic stuff we may need.

They have lots of alcohol and very basic provisions. They will also have a few root veggies and some frozen meat. Anyone around in the next few weeks that might need mangoes is welcome to stop by my place! Bring a bag and promise to take at least 15 or 20...
