We used to do it every trip. Eat in Grand Case for dinner almost every night and then head over to the casinos, come back at between 1 and 3 AM. Way too old to do that now!
" Like the virus quits at certain hours:" No it doen't quit but closing at 11 will hopefully at least get the people ( mostly unvaccinated) from congregating at bars and nightclubs from spreading it.
