Hi, We submitted our BVI Travel Portal information a couple of weeks ago and need to now submit our negative Covid test results which we got today. We leave very early this Saturday morning( July 10th) and don't want to get rejected, does anyone know how to enter our information onto our previously filed submission? We also need to submit our insurance information. HELP!

The way the process is supposed to work is you will receive and email with a link to your application on Thursday sometime after 2pm. The link should allow you to upload the missing documents. There is no way to go back into the application yourself.
Then on Friday sometime after 2pm, you should get approved. For my guest that arrived today, the approval came at 1am this morning.
If you get much past 5pm on either of those milestones, I would reach out to Lynette Harrigan (lharrigan@bvitourism.com) and ask for help. Be sure to give all you parties names and reference numbers in text that she can copy.
