It was a DYC boat, we were told he fell and was having seizures, sad story but was also told that he was doing better, hoping for the best for him.

We were just starting our charter with DYC when this happened and also went to stx, had 4-6 foot seas at around 5 seconds, so can see how someone might easily fall
