It is astounding how fast a boat burns! I always tell the crew that we will likely have to decide within 4 minutes from the START of the fire (not when we discovered it) to abandon ship. It is truly the only thing that could happen on a boat that truly scares me.

Thanks...will be land based for first time in a long time so look forward to treating TTOLers in White Bay JVD to their first drink... Rob, have a great time my friend. JVD is a great island to spend a few days on. I heard a reference to White Bay years ago that I always thought was fitting. Spring Break for Adults.
