Good morning. The clinic on Culebra is quite small. Give them a call and ask - +1 787-742-0001
Are you sailing back to the USVI after your Culebra visit? You do not need to check into CBP on your return. You are supposed to check in on the travel portal and upload the negative COVID tests when coming over from PR. There is no enforcement. To do your port health check, you need to go to CBP and check in with the National Guard there. For Charlotte Amalie, the National Guard is located at the exit of the Tortola ferry wharf. Another option is the free testing that the DOH puts on. Wednesdays in Crus Bay, St. John they do free testing starting at 1PM in the gravel parking lot at the car barge wharf at Turner Bay; it is walkable from the Cruz Bay dinghy dock.
Cheers, RickG

Thanks Very much Rick. I will reach out to them. Our kids are the ones who will need to be tested as they are returning home to Canada, we will be staying in PR for a bit longer. Best OTM

Hello All, I thought I would follow up. After contacting the clinic on Culebra (Thanks Rick) they have informed me although they were doing COVID testing for the general public, they will now only test Island residence in an effort to preserve the amount of tests they have available. Best, OTM
