If I read this right..no test required for people who have had the 2 shots for covid coming from the United States. But still have to complete the EHAS paper. Did I miss something? fully vaccinated and booster shot received and not older than 9 months: no covid-19 test requiredYou might want to read it again.

So if I am fully vaccinated and I received my booster shot in November do I still have to wait 72 hours to submit my EHAS form?
Yes. Still need insurance too.

Islandbound--if you are flying into PJIA, you need to purchase the insurance, with certain very limited exceptions. And yes, the insurance does cover you, regardless of whether you are originally staying on the Dutch side or not.
