They are short of pilots and airframes. Is your ticket booked directly with them or a partner? Flight aware shows they did operate 2 of the 3 flights yesterday but have pre canceled everything today.

Liat, Air Sunshine, and InterCaribbean occupy the bottom rung of the reliability ladder. Those folks were lucky the flights were cancelled a day ahead, because this week IC left others sitting in Antigua, after calling their flight, with no compensation. All three of those airlines operate well for periods of time, and then things go wrong.
Cape Air is more reliable. They, too, have run into issues, but they seem to be more resilient. Yes, they charge more, but you get what you pay for.

We saw an IC flight take off shortly before 3 pm. Trouble is, who wants to trust their vacation to such an unreliable airline. I checked their website, and there was no mention of flight cancellations.

I checked their website, and there was no mention of flight cancellations. Tuesday they cancelled 2 out of 3 flights to and from SJU. So far, everything scheduled as normal today and tomorrow.

Those two are less likely to cancel, especially Cape Air. Plus, American would have to put you up, although you might have to insist. One time, on an AA ticket, Seaborne caused up to miss our connection. American tried to make us deal with Seaborne, but we said, "No, it's your ticket, you fix it!"

We flew into SJU on 1/12 and took our Bode Air charter to EIS. Watched the2:35 pm IC flight to EIS take off and saw it return to SJU around 5:30. Expensive but glad we chartered. COVID testing and clearance at EIS was quick and easy. BTW, our provisioning included a Good Moon Farms fruit and Veggie box. Fresh papayas, mangoes, avocados, green beans, tomatoes, avocado. Delicious!
Moored at the Indians now for a morning snorkel before sailing to JVD. Glad we came. This was the first trip out of 5 this past year that Good Moon Farm “forgot” to deliver our order. We were really disappointed as their produce is so darn good. Enjoy your trip - JVD has been the busiest location since we arrived 1/2. Up in North Sound now (again - lol) and BEYC and Saba are very quiet.
