That's good news for the merchants!! Now if the French government did the same thing, a sweep on Orient beach that would be great! The same people stop by over and over again. Even when you politely say "No thank you" . 20 minutes later, same thing!! I understand they are trying to make a living, but I betting a lot of them don't have papers , nor papers to resell!
