I meant verses the US. I did not think about people coming from the BVI. Still seems like a blatant discrimination. Wish I had gotten vaxed down there. Actually could have done that. Where you got the shot seems like it should be irrelevant to travel restrictions. It has something to do with being able to electronically verify the vaccination instead of trusting a piece of paper.

I was joking about the better vaccine. Trying to understand the reasoning behind the USVI exemption. The reasoning appears to be that they can verify USVI vaccination records but have no way of doing so for those vaccinated outside the territory.
