Coq au vin, curry chicken, chicken wings & dip, pizza, spicy beef, fish with a salsa. Delicious. Everywhere we ate the food was great. Many meals at bistro de la mer & la main a la pate in Marigot.

We like thin crust pizza. That one was la main a la pate in Marigot. My husband had salmon wrap. Excellent food. The fish was a John dory with tasty salsa & mango mojito from sunset cafe at Grand case beach club. Very good! That curry chicken was la main a la pate as well & we also had it from French touch in Philipsburg. Both excellent curries. Each a little different. Grand Marnier souffle was Tropicana Marigot. I think everyone knows about that one! Also had sole meuniere there. So good! Chicken wings were good at 978 beach lounge friars bay. Hope they have more things from their menu now. Coq au biere (beer) was from Orange fever. It was so tasty. The chef made excellent sauce with beer instead of wine. Very rich flavour.Thin crust pizza there was awesome as well. The last one was peppercorn spicy beef. Cooked perfectly & cut up in pieces for easy eating also from la main a la pate Marigot. Their French fries are top notch too. Now I'm hungry!
