My family has been visiting St. Maarten as much as we can after discovering it on a cruise stop about 10 years ago. We are hoping to purchase a villa to have as a vacation rental property that we could visit as we are able over the next 5-10 years, and then eventually spend several months living there at a time. I was looking into finding a realtor to gain info/start the search, and quickly got overwhelmed with all the options! Anyone have experience with someone they can recommend?

We did the same thing. Bought, rented it out and finally moved there.
