Our main source has been windguru.cz/58
It tells you what you most need to know: wind, waves, cloud cover, precipitation. We've found it pretty accurate on the whole.

I like to check the official NOAA forecast site: link hereClick on the map for the zone you'll be in for the synopsis and additional detail (winds, seas, precip., etc). Will also include info on any ground swell that's running. I'll also use the Windfinder and PredictWind apps.
