Thanks AA for costing me a day of car rental and time on SXM because you cannot maintain your aircraft. Amazing when you have significant mechanical issues 3 days out of 10 with delays from DAY to CLT from 3-7 hours.

Landing gear issue and the plane overnights here and there is a maintenance facility here. Got up in the air and never gained speed or altitude. You can't have any hiccups with a 42 minute connection. All is not well.

Yes but AA iS CLUELSS as to what is going on. Still sitting in DAY. NEVER again will I fly if this mask bullsh*t is going on and the EHAS crap either. I will stay home before dealing with this crap again. Totally not worth dealing with the headaches, hoops and ineptness.

They are 100% clueless as to what is going on. The plane is in the hangar "being worked on". No updates, no timeframe, and the next flight I am standby on is oversold. The gate agents are useless and nasty at this point. And no response back to my application to EHAS for tomorrow. This is just lovely!

To me it’s a roll of the dice. None are perfect and a lot of things have to go right to fly. In over 20 years of flying AA to sxm never really had any major issues. They’ve supported the island when others Airlines didn’t. We wait months or years to vacation and I’m a bit late it’s not the end of the world. IMO.

A BIT LATE???????? Sorry, they were supposed to leave Dayton at 6:45 AM today. This plane overnights in Dayton, so there is no reason for it to have maintenance issues on the first flight of the day. This flight has left MANY hours late, several times over the past couple of weeks. They took off this morning and had to return to the airport because of a problem with the landing gear.
It is now 4 PM and they have not left yet. Now, they have been on the plane for OVER TWO HOURS this time and no one seems to know when they might leave..
I am going to close this one now before I say something really rude..
