We would like to spend our 1st night at Cooper Island (5/11/22). We're going to try and reserve a ball through BoatyBall, but if we can't do you think there would still be one available around 3PM in May? 5/11 is a Wednesday. That is probably slowest day for Cooper. I have seen balls at Cooper in Febuary open even as late of 5pm... Being out of sync with crowd is key.

We usually do the Bight at Norman because typically we have rookies onboard, so it gives us a nice little shakedown sail, they get to see Willy T's, and the next morning we can hit the Indians or the Caves, and still make our way to Cooper or the Baths.
Have fun!
