I know this is splitting hairs but is it 3 calendar days or 72 hours before arrival in SXM that you can submit your application for approval.
I’m flying in from Canada also but have been in the United States in the past 14 days to visit my sister. Is this a big deal? I know the form asks if you’ve been in any other countries in the past 14 days and I’m stressing out a little bit over it.

I think it's three calendar days. I think the reason they are asking about other countries is to see if you have been in a country that's on the "banned" list from SXM. Obviously, the US is not on that list, so you can fill it in without any fear that it will make any difference.

It's not arrival it's from the last connecting flight TO SXM.

Quick Question, I have been trying to fill out the EHAS application for my wife and I. We will be landing on June 17, leaving on June 28. I keep getting this error on the arrival date "The Date of arrival in Sint Maarten must be a date before +3days" I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions. Oh, by the way, this is my first post, we have traveled to SXM at least 10 times over the past 20 years. We were in SXM last June 2021 with no issue.

You cannot submit your EHAS application until 3 days before your flight leaves for SXM, as long as you are fully vaccinated. You can submit your application on the 14th of June or later. I hoped this answers your question.

Be Happy! Simply because you deserve to be. 😁
