Communique from Saur St Martin (water company on the French side): Following an electrical malfunction that occurred on Wednesday evening, beyond our control and impacting the Galisbay drinking water production plant (UPEP), SAUR Saint-Martin is forced to interrupt the drinking water supply. on the whole island from 9:30 a.m. this Thursday, May 19, 2022, for an indefinite period. The replenishment will depend on the return of electrical service and the resumption of production to restore safe levels in the reservoirs.
