I have a group of people who will be in SXM from the 27th with a return to the states on the 29th. Does anyone know if the Villas of Simpson bay offer a quick turnaround on the swab and where to get it?

Yes they do. Right next to Hollywood Casino. Have to pre register and walk in. No appointment necessary. 65.00. Results in 15 minutes. Little late since today is the 30th.

I'm sorry...July dates. If they are open on the 27th late in the afternoon wone could preregister and go in Thursday after getting back from the boat trip?

You can pre-register any day prior. You don't set time or date for test. They test 10 to 5 next to Hollywood Casino. $65.00 and results in 15min. Walk in with passport. Who knows by then you won't need it.
