I have been reading about the expanded "basket of goods" controlled pricing.
With the previous smaller basket (12 items) it didn't seem to include much that would be on a tourist's shopping list.
With the expanded list now including things like limes, apples, toilet paper, Nesquick, corn flakes, potatoes, et al.; I almost feel like I am taking advantage of something not intended for my use.

What are your thoughts?

Should there be some kind of residence check and two tier pricing?

Dave-you think locals don't use apples, potatoes, corn flakes and toilet paper? Regardless, you being there for two weeks or so a year, would really have very little effect.
