Finally. I've always said it should be relatively easy to control vehicle thefts. As an island you can set up a system to limit them from being exported, then you just need an enforcement mechanism to find the ones still on the island. It's not as easy as it sounds with limited resources, but it's nice to see the police on both sides of the island trying to do something about it. A good start.
