mahokid--If I were you, I might contact the restaurant and suggest that, as it seems to be an excellent idea. It was nothing in the same orbit as this meal, but we did the Chef's table on Princess cruise line and they provided us with a menu afterward, along with a picture of our group.

Pretty sure, when I had lunch at the former location, that we were provided with a menu after the fact.
