When filling out the EHAS application I am getting an error Arrival date must be 3+ days ???? I am landing on 9/17 which is 4 days from today. Does it mean I have to wait a day? I does not say anything about application being required X days prior to arrival in any of the instructions. Help!

The EHAS website is backwards. You can apply no MORE than 3 days ahead of time.
