Fantastic dinner with dear friends. What a view and great service with good eats. We’ve eaten over the years at Bamboo when it was in Maho and always enjoyed it but this new location is an experience. The view overlooking the lagoon, runway and panaromic view of the island is spectacular. The outdoor space has different areas to sit with beautiful wood decking, two small pools, brown wicker hanging lights, sculptures just gorgeous and classy.
We parked at Carrefour in Cole Bay where a large well marked air conditioned van drove us up the hill to the restaurant where we were warmly greeted by the hostess and several other people who appeared to be management.
They do have indoor dining which is where we ate after having a cocktail outdoors at a large pretty bar. Weather conditions were uncertain so they recommended we dine indoors.
Service was impeccable from start to finish and the indoor dining area still gave us full outdoor view because of the glass ceiling to floor windows.
When we departed the van was called and off we were within minutes driven to our cars. We had a lovely dinner with great friends. Dinner was truly a memorable experience.
