How long does it typically take to pass through customs after arrival in Road Town? Ferry is scheduled to arrive at 5pm on a Thursday. What time can we expect to be walking out to catch our pickup?

It depends. I've gotten thru is as little as 20 minutes. I've also seen it take several hours. Expect the worst on heavy travel days....weekends.
