Tried the new Roma restaurant in Maho on Friday night and was not disappointed. We had reserved an outside table and were seated in a nice fenced courtyard that provided a delightful setting. We started with a bowl of lobster bisque that we shared. It had a really good flavor but would have liked it more if it was a bit creamier. But that is just personal preference. For dinner, the wife had the spaghetti di mare and I had the lasagna. Both were very good and the wife was especially impressed with her dish. Complimentary limoncello capped off a very nice experience. There was nothing left to take home as we devoured everything. Finished the evening with a nightcap at The Hole so we could speak to our friend Bob. Looking forward to what the rest of the trip brings.

Glad you enjoyed ROMA. We have mother's day reservations there.

Thanks for the report and the pictures. Somehow, I don't think of lobster bisque as an Italian dish? It's one of my favorite soups of all time.
