Hi folks Just got back and wanted to pass along a tip that worked great. We set a predetermined time for our kids to call up the Pusser's Pub WebCam (Road Town). We stopped in for a Painkiller and a bit of grub at the appointed hour and the kids got to see their happy parents.<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" /> Before leaving home, I had set a Desktop Shortcut to the specific webcam URL so all they had to do was double-click a DeskTop icon to find it. This gave them a visual connect to their long-lost Mom & Dad and they loved it. It's the only close-up webcam that I know of and, of course, very easy to use since it's pretty centrally located in Road Town. The Pub is much brighter in the daytime and it makes a difference.
