They have been yakking about people parking on the sidewalk in P'burg for years and haven't done anything about it. It would be nice if they actually would tow some people. Probably the majority of those parking on the sidewalk are workers at local businesses. Of course if that mental giant hadn't removed the parking bollards on Front Street, there would be a whole lot less parking on the sidewalk, even without police enforcement.
