So even though I am currently in St Martin I went out today to look at places for next year during Xmas. While I love where stayed this year we very rarely stay at the place twice. I know some people who always stay the same place year after year that is not me we usually do 4 vacations a year which is a luxury for sure and I am grateful to be able to do that since I spend 6 months if the year in hotels for work relaxation is very important to us. I look at a few boutique hotels today and decided on Blue Emaruade since we love eating in Grand Case now I don't have drive as far. So in the spring Cabo to watch the whales then Iceland in July followed by someplace using hotel points in the fall and back here in Dec. Just to be honest I started at my employer at 19 working nights and them paying for my education so after 41 yrs I have 8 weeks of vacation a wonderful wife who puts up with me but lives to travel too. ALLTEC, I know what you mean. There's something about learning a new place. ON the other hand knowing what to expect is very good too. We've stayed places we wish we'd had previous knowledge about. That's why this site is so great.
